I would like again to thank God for winning this Aztec Bucket Black Bag and a special Thank You to Ms. Aisa Ipac of Drowning Equilibriums and the sponsor HEBE Manila (Like them on Facebook). I won this cute bag 4th prize. This is one of God's answer for my prayers. I really wanted to have a new bag, any size. So this one is very much appreciated because I don't have a bag to use when I don't feel like bringing lots of my stuff, only the important things such as wallet or coin purse, hairbrush, lipstick, press powder, cell phone, and handkerchief. I think this bag will be enough to carry all that stuff.
So happy:)

Office Stuffs

February 20, 2012 1 Comments
I'm a working mom for 2 years this coming April. There are things that keeps me going to work even if I really wanted to stop and stay at home to be able to take good care of my baby. Aside from the fact that I need a daily income, I'll surely miss the stuffs and staffs that surrounds me ever since I started working in my current employer.

My wide but loaded table, the pile of paper works that makes me stress so much, the computer that used to be my friend for so long, never been bad not to let me surf the net and my relaxing chair which serves as my comforter when I'm really sick of my works. I just laid my back on it and my head, then close my eyes,  it makes me fine. What about yours? What simple things can comfort you and love by you?

Sometimes I'm searching online for some stuffs. I hope and wanted our company to have a new office chairs.

It looks so comfortable to take a seat and will give you benefits like if you have a back pain, office chairs like these will ease the pain for at least the moments you're sitting there.

I noticed that in our office there's no same style and designs of chairs, as in too different from each other. Maybe because of the positions, I don't know what's the reason. As far as I know, offices should have a comfortable environment so that employees able to concentrate and work properly, to support its occupants in performing their job - preferably at minimum cost and to maximum satisfaction. With different people performing different tasks and activities, however, it feels good to have a nice chair, table, space and privacy and a fast user-friendly
computer. Perhaps, we should still be a good employee even if we do not have a super friendly work environment. A job well done is great rather than anything else!!

Putting Up Your Own Business

February 17, 2012 0 Comments

Who wouldn't dream of having their own business? As far as I know, all of us wants to build and run our own business to get more income and to help us provide our daily needs aside from the fact that we can have luxury when our business continues to grow. There are things to consider before we can build our own business also known as enterprise or firm. It is an organization engaged in the trade of goods, services, or both to consumers.

There are several common forms:

Sole proprietorship: A sole proprietorship is a business owned by one person for-profit. The owner may operate the business alone or may employ others. The owner of the business has unlimited liability for the debts incurred by the business.
Partnership: A partnership is a business owned by two or more people. In most forms of partnerships, each partner has unlimited liability for the debts incurred by the business. The three typical classifications of for-profit partnerships are general partnerships, limited partnerships, and limited liability partnerships.
Corporation: A corporation is a limited liability business that has a separate legal personality from its members. Corporations can be either government-owned or privately-owned, and corporations can organize either for-profit or not-for-profit. A privately-owned, for-profit corporation is owned by shareholders who elect a board of directors to direct the corporation and hire its managerial staff. A privately-owned, for-profit corporation can be either privately held or publicly held.
Cooperative: Often referred to as a "co-op", a cooperative is a limited liability business that can organize for-profit or not-for-profit. A cooperative differs from a for-profit corporation in that it has members, as opposed to shareholders, who share decision-making authority. Cooperatives are typically classified as either consumer cooperatives or worker cooperatives. Cooperatives are fundamental to the ideology of economic democracy.

It is important to have a business plan, it is a form of setting a goal to achieve what you want. Consider the following:

Location of the business/building: determine the chosen target market, traffic patterns, parking availability, population trends, competitive businesses, rental costs, and other expenses.
Product or Services: an item that ideally satisfies a market's want or need.
Capital: refers to already-produced durable goods used in the production of goods or services.
Profit: The positive gain from an investment or business operation after subtracting for all expenses. Opposite of loss.
Management team: in all business and organizational activities is the act of getting people together to accomplish desired goals and objectives using available resources efficiently and effectively.
Office equipment supplies and furniture: supplies regularly used in offices by businesses and other organizations, from private citizens to governments, who work with the collection, refinement, and output of information. The term includes small, expendable, daily use items such as paper clips, post-it notes, staples, hole punches, binders and laminators, writing utensils and paper, but also encompasses higher-cost equipment like computers, printers, fax machines, photocopiers and cash registers, as well as office furniture such as cubicles, filing cabinet, armoire desks and office chairs.
Consumer: is the one who consumes the goods and services produced. Determine the percentage of people in the area where you want to put up your business.
Business Permit: It is the authorization to start a business issued by the local government. It serves as proof that your business is legal.

These are just some of the factors to consider when planning to have your own firm.
Starting a business is an inherently risky undertaking. You can minimize the risks - and your potential financial losses by planning carefully and study it as well.

Happy Valentine's Day!

February 14, 2012 0 Comments

Today is the day of hearts which symbolizes of LOVE.

Love is an emotion of strong affection and personal attachment. Love is also a virtue representing all of human kindnesscompassion, and affection; and "the unselfish loyal and benevolent concern for the good of another". Love may also be described as actions towards others (or oneself) based on compassion, or as actions towards others based on affection
(from wikipedia)

Things That Represents The Hearts Day:

Red heart pierced by the Cupid's arrow is a traditional symbol of Valentine's Day. Heart symbolizes love and giving someone a heart means to hand over one's existence to someone. A heart pierced by a Cupid's arrow means that when someone presents a heart, the person takes the risk of being rejected and feeling hurt. Piercing arrow therefore symbolizes death and vulnerability of love. Some people also believe that the heart and arrow symbolizes the uniting of male and a female.

The meaning of Valentine's Day chocolates says a thousand "thank you's", "good luck", or "I love you". Chocolate can be given as a way of saying "congratulations", "I am sorry" or "get well soon". On Valentine's Day chocolate clearly says "I LOVE YOU!" Chocolate is more than food, it not only fills your belly but also makes you feel soooo good.

The meaning of Valentine's Day flowers can be what ever you would like. The person receiving them will get an overwhelming feeling of appreciation that you thought of them on this day. No matter what type of flower you give her, one thing is for sure, she will love the thought behind this gift that speaks ever so loudly to the heart without ever saying a word.

To my Husband, You are my angel, my strength and my support. And you are also the gift that God has blessed me with. I promise to love you forever and ever. I wish you a very sweet and happy Hearts Day with me and our little angel, Queen. May all our dreams and prayers come true.

To my Baby Queen, Your smiles, your gurgles, your scent, your joy have been enough to sustain us. I wish you grow up in a good health always and be a smart kid. Mommy and Daddy will always be here for you and will love you forever.

To all LOVERS,
May you have more sweet moments together.

To all SINGLES,
Hope cupid will be kind enough to find someone for you.

To all BROKEN,
Life goes on, so just smile and enjoy life. Who knows? You might find someone better.

To all IN LOVE,
Hope your relationship would last forever!

HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY!!!

Baby Queen Turned 10 Months

February 04, 2012 0 Comments

Happy 10th months day my baby Queen!

Last February 1, 2012, she turned 10 months old. WOoooW! She's a big girl now. Two months to go,
she's turning 1 year old.
Look at her, I think she's photogenic. She knows now how to pose in the camera.
I love her dress because of the black floral design. It suited her skin complexion.
Anyways, I would like to share to you her improvements, learnings and attitude.
As you can see at the picture, my Queen started to be mischievous by showing her tongue.
It's funny, you know!? I've been teaching her for so long, but then she cannot get it that easy.
I'm so proud that now she know how to do it when we tell her show your tongue. One more thing that she cannot learned is to "close-open" her hands. But I'm sure there's a time for it.
My Queen can now also stand alone but she really need your full attention to avoid falling and bumping in a hard object. She's doing it again and again...So naughty baby, seems like full of energy even if she's so sleepy.
If she saw something or any thing, she'll do her best to pick it up or throw it. Aside from that, she knows how to cry so to do what she wants and go to where she wants to.
I understand, she's still a baby so I have a long patient in taking care of her. A few days, weeks or months from now, she will learn how to walk, speak more words and run. I'm excited and at the same time kinda worried because I know she'll be more frisky. (restless, naughty, mischievous). I hope I can still handle it. As her mommy, I'll be more patient, too. I'll make up the lost time I'm not with her.
I'll teach her to be a good girl, smart and be religious, as well.

I may not be the best mother but I make sure to love my baby with all my heart. I won't let her experience life full of difficulties. That's why, me and her Dad doing our best and working so hard to do our Royale Business.

A mother's love

February 02, 2012 0 Comments
I realized how important it is to stay by your baby's side. I envy those mommies staying or working at home and all eyes for their kiddos. A mother's love is still different from others. Other than you like your sister or your mother cannot give the best love you can give for your baby. The best care is still the mother's care.

A mother's love seems to be the most perfect and the most sincere, the strongest of any love we know anything about.

It's so hard for me to leave my baby because of work, specially now that she's exploring and experimenting. At her age of 9 months,  she begun to be curious of all the things in her surroundings, to anyone and anything that her eyes can see, that she can smell and that she can touch. She tried her best to sit up straight and then used her tantrums to be able to play at the floor and started to pick up small things even it's a dirt or not. Of course, when you stop her from doing things that can harm her, she got easily mad and cried and so wild. That's the time her head got bumped on the wall or any hard object. Ouch! I'm so worried about her. I hope it won't affect her brain. I hope she 's still as active and smart as she can be. If only I can stop working, I will give my whole time caring and loving my baby. For now, I'm dreaming of make-up time to love and care of my precious little one, my Queen. Aside from that, if as much as possible get resigned because our business gets stable for income. How I wish...NOW! But since I only have one day off to work, I make sure I am the one feeding her, bathing and make her fall asleep and also play with her as long as she's full of energy. So when holidays coming in and it's a long vacation, I'm the first one starting to party... party!!! It's the time to bond with my family. Thanks God!
