I am not a driver and owner of a luxury car but I am an observer of my sister's car. She's not rich but she strives hard to own her dream car someday and she achieved it. Before she got her wheels, she worked hard in Malaysia, saved money and then came home to build her own business -- Gracia's Native Lechon. Aside from that, she also tried other business like Network Marketing, Restaurant and Catering Services.
Because of that, she bought a luxury car like this, a CHEVROLET which is worth 1.2 million pesos if I can still remember. Not in cash basis. She needs to pay twenty thousand pesos monthly ( P 20, 000) to be able to officially owned the car for two years.
For me, it's too pricey. Very expensive for a newly businesswoman like her. She suddenly aimed too high and didn't think a million times before she bought the car. I mean, let's be practical. Buy for something you need not want if you can't still able to have it totally for yourself. Having that car is too "costly". When they fuel up worth 1k, it only last for 1-2 days depending on the destinations. It can only load six people including the driver. Not advisable for a big family.
We all knew that having a business is not permanent and always on the go to keep you stable in everything. Sadly, my sister wasn't able to provide P20,000 monthly, anymore. So the result, she surrendered the car. If only I knew Foton before, I will recommend it to my sister.
