According to studies and sayings, coconut is a sources of vitamins, minerals and so called a healing tree. It was referred to as "the tree of life". The coconut tree and its fruit gives a lot of benefits to all the people specially to those who make it as their source of income. Some of them use the trunk to build houses, the leaves use to do crafts or decors, the coconut husk used to clean or sweep the floor of the house, the coconut shells used for decors and the fruit with coconut juice use for refreshment as well as source of healing for certain illness. And I will never forget to mention that coconut can give us oil that can also help us in some reasons.

Some Filipinos use coconut oil for traditional massage, usually for sprain or for relaxation. Some people use coconut oil for skin beautification.
